Shipping Policy

The processing time for orders is 1-2 business days. After that, delivery time within Sweden is 3-6 days, and 6-10 days internationally. Smart Red Nir Infrared LED Light Therapy Panel Large and Small and Healbox Sauna Dome (coming spring 2024) has a total delivery time of 14-16 days.

Shipping during holidays may vary from regular delivery time. 

We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, nature, transfers from our courier to the local carrier in your country, transportation strikes or delays, or any extra fees, customs or back end charges once the package has left Sweden. Shipping over 5000 SEK is free of charge.

You will receive an automated email when your order ships, which will include a unique tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking number to become active within the carrier's system.

Return & Refund policy
Our policy is valid for a period of 30 calendar days from the date of the purchase. If you would like to return the product for a refund during this period, you may do so provided the conditions below have been met. Please contact us before returning your product. Please note that if the period of 30 days has passed, we cannot, unfortunately, offer you a refund. You will find a return-slip in your package. Please use this when dropping it off at your nearest post office. A return fee of 79 SEK will be deducted from your refund. 

Refund requirements
The following criteria must be met to qualify for a refund:
- Product is defective
- Product must be unopened
- Product must be in original packaging
- Product must be unused

In order to ensure the above criteria has been met, all returns will be inspected. If the product does not meet the listed criteria, we reserve the right not to issue a refund.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Damaged goods

If you receive damaged goods please contact us right away with an email to If possible, please provide any photos of the damage. We will take a look at your case and offer you a refund or a new product. 

Sale and clearance items
Only regular priced items may be returned, unfortunately sale or clearance items cannot be returned.



We offer a one (1) year limited warranty on our at-home products.
