Hydrated?
Hydration is key for sauna use. Bring a water bottle or purchase one at the studio. Every suit also has glasses and we have electrolyte enhanced water available for purchase.
What to wear?
Dress up (or down) to your comfort level. Most clients sweat in a towel or in workout attire. For pressotherapy you are advised to wear tight workout attire.
How long?
Your time will be spent in a private suite. Arrive 10 minutes early for a suite tour + introduction and to remove any makeup.

Infrared saunas heat you very gently and slowly, making it a very peaceful experience for most
people. You may find that you do not sweat for the first 10-15 minutes, or not very much at all your first time.
With increased usage you will likely notice an increased ability to sweat more productively. After sweating you will feel great. Immediately you may notice glowing skin, muscle and injury relief as well as sense of relaxation.
Customize your experience with a chromotherapy color of your choice with a remote control. En-suite entertainment includes surround sound where you can stream your favorite :

At the end of your session – don’t sweat the clean up! You can leave your towels in your suite for our team to take care of. If you need to cool off you are welcome to relax in our lounge area as we kindly ask you to exit your suite within 10 minutes after your program has ended.
Returning to the office or headed to another appointment and need to finish getting ready?
Use our shower room equipped with everything you need in order to get ready for the day.
