Healbox PEMF Infrared Sauna Blanket

Keeping the Sauna blanket clean is easy. First, we always recommend to buy the towel insert or lay a towel underneath you. 

Then, when you are done with your sauna session and blanket is cool, all you have to do is wipe it down with any surface spray product or natural cleaning solution (eg, tea tree oil mixed with water is a great natural remedy).

The minimum temperature is 35 degrees Celsius and maximum temperature is 75 degrees celsius and the blanket uses far infrared wavelenghts and PEMF (magnetism).

Step 1: Lay it Out

Take your Healbox PEMF Infrared Sauna Blanket out of its carry bag and roll onto a comfortable flat, heat-resistant surface like your bed or yogamat. Connect the cord to the sauna and the other end to the power supply.

 

Wear comfortable, skin-covering clothing and socks. If you prefer to strip down, try our Sauna Blanket Towel Insert to minimize cleaning. You’ll need a barrier between your body and the blanket for comfort.

Use the controller to start heating your blanket for approximately 10 min before your sweat session is scheduled to start. Select a temperature level by pressing the controller. Start at a lower temperature (50c) and work your way up gradually with each session.

 

Step 2: Enjoy the Heat

Spend 24-60 mins relaxing inside your blanket. 
Let the FAR infrared heat and PEMF penetrate your skin and deliver the benefits of these incredible biohacking techniques.

 

Step 3: Clean & Feel the Post-Sauna High

Simply wipe down the inside with a cloth & spray.

Enjoy the post-sauna high and take on the day (or a blissful sleep). Do not forget to hydrate!

 

Health Precautions
Healbox PEMF IR Sauna Blanket is a heat therapy device and SHOULD NOT be used if:

• You are pregnant

• You are under the influence of alcohol or drugs

• You are under 16 years of age

• You are sensitive to heat

• You have skin diseases, burns or reddening

• You are feeling lightheaded, headachy, or drowsy

• You have any heart condition, illness, or disease

• You have abnormal blood pressure

Safety Precautions

Before Use

• Inspect the blanket for damage. Do not use the product if the cords/cables are frayed or if there is damage to the blanket.

• IMPORTANT: Only use the blanket with the designated power supply for your region/country. The blanket is designed to work with the EU power supply (220-240v). Using it with another power supply may cause overheating.

• Make sure to use the blanket on a heat resistant surface such as the floor or a standard bed (do not use on a waterbed or soft foam bead).

• Do not use the blanket on a synthetic surface or near any flammable material.

• Do not use near water.

• Do not use near pets or children.

During Use

• IMPORTANT: At higher temperatures, the blanket will become hot. It is highly recommended that you place a towel down inside of the sauna blanket first and lay on top of this or use our towel insert. The towel will create a barrier between your skin and the blanket which will give you extra comfort. Also place the controller on the floor and not on sauna blanket because of the heat.

• Always stay hydrated and drink water.

• If you begin to feel excessively hot, uncomfortable or lightheaded, discontinue use of the Heat Healer.

• Do not use for more than 60-minutes at a time. The timer will automatically shut-off after 60-minutes.

After Use

• IMPORTANT: The blanket will be hot immediately after use. Make sure you allow it to cool down for at least 30 minutes before you fold it up and store it away. Failure to do so could result in damage and potential burning.

• Always turn off the blanket completely and disconnect from the power supply after use.

• Never leave the product unattended, especially in the presence of children or pets.

• Store Healbox PEMF IR blanket back in the original cardboard box in which it was delivered (to protect it from damage) and place in a cool, dry place such as a wardrobe or under a bed.

• Never place anything on top of the blanket which could cause damage.
