The ACU CUPS set contains 4 different cup sizes in a small bag with an instruction sheet. You use the two smallest for the face and the large ones for the body.
Cupping is an alternative medicine method where vacuum is used to lift up skin and connective tissue. This method has been used in Chinese medicine for about 4000 years. By using cupping, a negative pressure is created which promotes blood and lymph circulation. In addition, pain and tension in the muscles are reduced. It is also possible that waste products are released and can be excreted more easily. The method is also used in Western alternative medicine to reduce cellulite.
Acu Cups 4 st
Acu Cups are made of 100% silicone that are BPA free and FDA, ROHS, LFGB, REACH certified.
BODY:
You simply press your cups together against the skin and a negative pressure is formed in the skin which affects the connective tissue in the muscles and subcutaneous tissue. This promotes blood circulation, activates the lymphatic system and reduces stagnation. Effect: Cupping gives a powerful, deep massage. 5 minute massage with Acu Cups equals 30 min. sports massage.
How: A) Gently place the cup against the skin, squeeze the cup from both sides at the widest part, then release slowly to create a vacuum. Make sure that the edge of the cup is in contact with the skin while pressing so that it does not let air in. B) Gently move the cup over lubricated skin. Use Holistic Body Oil or if in the shower you can also use conditioner. C) Move the cup slowly along your arm, leg, butt, back or other parts of the body. Use sweeping massage movements in up/down, and/or zigzag patterns, alternatively in circles. Drive in circular movements up towards the lymph nodes, if it hurts, relieve the pressure by squeezing the cup. The lymph nodes are located in the groin, armpits and on the sides of the neck. D) Adjust the suction effect by squeezing more or releasing a little on the cup.
Legs/Thighs/Butt: In dense connective tissue, more waste products accumulate, but through the vacuum that is formed, the blood flow increases, the fluid flow increases and a cleansing process begins. It can be felt strongly in areas with cellulite, but with regular use, both appearance and feeling are improved.
Back/Neck: Use with advantage on all stiff muscles or where you have pain. Relieves neck stiffness, lower back problems and general muscle tension. The cups must be cleaned well after each treatment with soap and water.
FACE:
Get a natural lift - "Organic Botox" with Acu Cups! Increases circulation, softens and relaxes facial muscles.
Collagen production in the skin is stimulated and excess fluid is effectively drained! Apply oil to the face and keep it moisturized with oil at all times. You simply press your cups together against the skin and a negative pressure is formed in the skin which affects the connective tissue in the muscles and subcutaneous tissue. Use the 2 smallest cups, the smallest for the eye area.
Cheekbones: Start with one side of the face, start from the nose and draw with even strokes from the side out to the ears and down the neck towards the cervical lymph.
Forehead: Run upwards between the eyes (think fountain) and across the forehead.
Chin/jaw line: Draw from the middle of the chin along the chin line and down towards the cervical lymph.
Mouth: Work on lines around the mouth Decolltage: Run like a "fountain" from between the breasts and upwards towards the neck lymph.
Eye area: Use the smallest and draw from the inside under and over the eyes towards the "crow's kicks". Drains excess fluid under the eyes, counteracts heavy eyelids and dark circles.
The cups must be cleaned well after each treatment with soap and water. Be careful with superficial blood vessels and do not let the cup sit still on the skin, then bruises will form.
